We need your support to continue bringing the X&Y community together with medical professionals and researchers for this amazing event! How do you get started? First decide which reward level is best for you:

For adults (18+) with a condition ONLY:

raise $1,000 and AXYS will award you the conference registration fee and 2 nights of hotel stay*

For all others:

raise $1,000 and AXYS will award you the conference registration fee for 1 person and 1 night of hotel stay*
raise $1,500 and AXYS will award you the conference registration fee for 2 people and 1 night of hotel stay*
raise $2,000 and AXYS will award you the conference registration fee for up to 2 people and 2 nights of hotel stay*

*Covers standard room and taxes at the AXYS rate
